Overcoming Dark Seasons
How do we overcome dark seasons in our life. We all do have dark difficult seasons at some stage of our life, we struggle, we fall down.. but the question is how do we get up again and not just stay there.
This life is not easy, but we are not able in this life. We have an enemy, the devil, he wants to bring us down, hurt us, destroy us, he wants to make you feel you're worth nothing. He work is to kill, steal and destroy us. But hey don't be afraid, we have the upper hand, we have Jesus on our side, he will protect us. The enemy can not harm us. Jesus came to earth to give us eternal life, life in abundance. So don't worry about the enemy, he's already been defeated.
Jesus said that he will never leave us nor forsake us. and that He will always be with us.

2 Corinthians 12:9-10 says that for when we are weak, we are made strong in Christ. Christ strengthens us.
This is how the verse goes:
2 Corinthians 12:9-10
But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me. For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For when I am weak, then I am strong.
Here's some tips you can put into practice when you're going through hard times.
1. Hang around with friends who encourages you. Don't hang around people who are going through a hard time cause can't help you. They can't speak encouraging words to you.
2. This might sound a bit hard, but this is what the Word of God says, Rejoice when you face trials and temptations, cause this is when your faith is being tested. James 1:2-4 says Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters,[a] whenever you face trials of many kinds, 3 because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. 4 Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.
