Pastor Barrie Hanson shares about our Identity in Christ i.e. we are sons and daughters of God, from Acts 17:28 "For in him we live and move and have our being.’ As some of your own poets have said, ‘We are his offspring.".
When we got saved, and received Jesus Christ in our heart, from that moment onwards we have the Holy Spirit living in us. God always has a plan and purpose for everyone and he's helping us move in the plan he has for us.
It's not by accident that we've been saved by Jesus. Jesus knew us even before we were born and he chose us to be his children.
Pastor Barrie also shares from Philippians 2:5-11 as how we should love one another, in the same way as Jesus Loved us. Jesus promised us that he will never leave us nor forsake us when we are in this world, even when we don't know what's going to happen next. But in every circumstance, we should trust God like Joab did when he was going through the worst of worst time in his life. Joab always put his trust on God.
He also shares about Nicodemus from John 3, how he knew the scriptures but he had no spiritual awareness when Jesus told him that we must be born again in the spirit in order to enter the Kingdom of Heaven. He also shares how as christian's we must be born again of the Holy Spirit.
He concludes on why Jesus came into this world, He came not to condemn this world but to love and save this world.  Anyone who believes in Jesus will not be condemned but will be saved.
